I'm sorry for the late post. What a week we have had! It has been so exciting! In our class, we would call it a flip-flop week,. our schedules have been all messed up with the older grades CRCT testing all week. We learned a new word: flexibility! :)

Specials for next week: Monday: Art, Tuesday: P.E., Wednesday: Media, Thursday: Music, Friday: P.E.
Library books are due on Tuesday.


APRIL 19th TUESDAY 5:00-9:00pm at Yogo-ono, off Chastain Road! KCSMA is having a fundraiser night. The class with the most class participation gets a prize! See you there! :)


Academic Update:


Literacy: We are continuing our spring unit. I LOVE the spring unit! We made spring sight word flashcards and sent them home. Keep practicing your sight words. Keep reading every night! . 


Math: We finished up our chapter on graphing and started Chapter 11 on addition. We only have two chapters left- addition and subtraction. Keep practicing your math facts!


Science: This was an exciting week! We talked all about the life cycle of a butterfly and all about bugs. We caught many caterpillars from outside and one turned into a cocoon already! So fun!
