Whew... one week until Spring Break. We have moved pretty much everything out of our classroom and into our new classroom. A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU to our parent volunteers who came on Thursday: Luke's dad, Ben's mom and dad, Adelaide's mom, Ethan's mom, Lauren's mom, my mom and of course Ms. Joani!

Our chicks will hatch this weekend/beginning of the week. What an exciting week. Our Spring Fling Celebration is Friday, March 30th at 1:00 in the classroom. Just a reminder, your child needs to send in 18 plastic eggs to participate in the egg hunt- labeled 1-18 and filled with goodies (no chocolate).

Jacob was chosen for Student of the week. He has Max the moose for the weekend. Enjoy.

Academic Update:
Literacy: We will be starting our Spring unit on Monday. Continue to keep reading and working on sight words at home.
Math: We finished up our chapter on graphing on Friday. We will not start the next math chapter until after spring break.
Science: Life cycle of a chick...yay!!
