Good Bye February and Hello March! We had a Seuss filled week! It was filled with lots of fun Dr. Seuss activities. We even had green eggs and ham!

Just a reminder- picture day is Monday, March 5th!

Thank you to Rachel's mom for helping in math centers this week.

Connor and Kahlo were chosen for Chick-Fil-A students of the month! Congrats!

If you haven't heard yet- we will be hatching baby chicks in our class! We are starting the 21 day process on Wednesday! The chicks should hatch the week before spring break! I can't wait!

A new homework packet went home this week. Just a reminder- homework packets are due at the end of the month!

It was great to see everyone at the open house on Thursday. Isn't our new school amazing? I love it and can't believe it's only four weeks away from moving in!

Academic Update:
Literacy: We are moving into our Down on the Farm unit next week. We started on our class book we are publishing. We wrote three drafts and have started on the final copy! Continue practicing sight words every night.
Math: We finished up our measurement unit this week. We are starting our new chapter on Monday. We have really started working on addition as well.
Science: Matching baby animals to their mother.
